A Day in the Lyfcycle
Here at Skopes, we have been working in collaboration with Lyfcycle since 2020, setting out on a journey of reimagining Skopes tailoring in a cleaner, greener fashion! Since the launch of our first collaboration collection in 2020, we have expanded our sustainable collection across various ranges to include suits and formal shirts – campaigning to ensure that wherever you go, in Skopes you can look good, feel good and do good all in one!
The photoshoot for our latest Skopes x Lyfcycle collection took us to the Sheffield Winter Gardens, a fantastic green world right in the heart of the ‘Steel City’ that, with more than 2,500 plants from right across the world on display, just seemed like the perfect location for our sustainable wear shoot! As the largest urban glasshouse in Europe, the 70m long by 22m high location captured the essence of our latest Lyfcycle collection perfectly. The sun was beaming as we photographed our range amongst the stunning greenery in the plant-lovers paradise, stylishly helping us to reiterate through imagery our desire to minimise our environmental impact in our clothing making process.
From the beginning, the Skopes x Lyfcycle collection has continued to bring innovative products to our customers; preserving the planet without sacrificing on style. To date, the collaboration has recycled over 1 million plastic bottles since it began in 2020, with an expected increase of 1.5 million bottles by the end of 2022. We are so excited to continue our eco conscious journey – and we hope you are too! Being green can be easy, so keep your eye out for the new collection dropping on the site soon!
